2. Cookies and analytics

The qualteo.com website does not use cookies or analytics tools and does not track visitors. It has no forms or social media plugins.

3. Hosting and technical logs

The website is served by Cloudflare, Inc. as a processor acting on our behalf. On each visit the server may record technical data (including IP address, request time and browser type) to keep the service secure and working. The basis is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area on the basis of mechanisms provided in the GDPR, such as standard contractual clauses.

4. Email and phone contact

If you write to us or call us, we process the data you provide (e.g. name, email address, phone number, company name, message content) in order to reply and prepare an offer.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request before entering into a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in handling correspondence and establishing or defending legal claims).

We keep the data for as long as needed to handle your enquiry, and afterwards for the limitation period of potential claims.

5. Recipients of data

Data may be entrusted to IT service providers (including hosting and email), only to the extent necessary to provide those services. We do not sell data or use it for profiling.

6. Your rights

You have the right to:

• access your data and have it rectified,
• have your data erased or its processing restricted,
• data portability,
• object to processing based on legitimate interest,
• lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.

Providing data is voluntary, but necessary for us to reply to your message.
